My Bone Thugs N Harmony Story and how I became a Bone Thugs Fan! Since 1994

Well this is a story of how I first heard Bone and how I became a fan many years ago:

It all started one after noon I had just moved to a new city to an apartment complex in a new city where I didn't know many people. I was listening to the rap station on the radio as always, and I used to listen to lots of music. But one day I heard the song 1st of the Month by Bone Thugs N Harmony at first I didn't know what they were saying but their style was cool. They seems to rap and sing fast. But after hearing the song over and over I finally figured out what they were saying I started to sing along to the music.

Well after that some time passed and I heard Everyday Thang and Thuggish Ruggish Bone on the radio. Back in those days I only had radios with tape decks in them, so I used to record these songs off the radio. Well it was during this time I bought my very first boom box with CD player in it. The I bought my first CD ever East 1999 Eternal. Back then there were so many rumors and mystery about Bone Thugs N Harmony in those days. People used to say they were devil worshippers or into the dark arts. And back then I had not internet or computer. So I just had the radio and CD alone in my room as the intro played... "Welcome to The Darkside".... It was an exciting time full of mystery and wonder. Because back then you didn't see many interviews or the artists... it felt like they were these dark mysterious guys you wondered about.

After that I bought Creeping ON Ah come up and I loved that album also. While I had those two albums I still had no internet at my house. I remember hearing Thug Luv with 2 Pac and Bone on the radio and running to the record store to get The Art of War! Wow those were the days. Before everyone got lazy and just now downloads the free leaked versions of albums or buys from ITunes etc.

But back when it was radio and tape decks.. and even before the internet there was just something magical about buying Bone records and then chilling to them all day night. I can remember the first time hearing Crossroads and Days of Our Lives on the radio. Also hearing Notorious Thugs with Bigge and Bone. Later in once I finally had the internet in 2008. It was great to hear Bizzy Bone's Thug's Cry on the radio. And I can never forget hearing Krayzie Bone's Thug Mentality on the radio!

Since then I was a Bone fan and always bought the CDs , Mo Thugs CD, collection CDs etc. One thing that never changes though is that I always till this day follow Bone and always try to get all and hear all the new music.

And now here I am today after many albums, solo records, fixtapes, and mo thug CDs etc. I still support Bone 100 percent! Later I will make a thank you letter to Bone on this blog. Not sure they will see or read it. But it will be from the heart!

I love hip hop and many artists... but none ever touched my soul like Bone did. I'll always have these wonderful memories of a kid growing on their on their music.... and that's some really special that now this post will live on forever in time... and like Bone music.. Thug Music Plays On... ETERNAL.
